Welcome to our Brewsletter!
This has been quite the week for weather! As a parent to two Siberian Huskies and a general fan of winter, I've been greatly amused, but I understand that my enthusiasm possibly isn't shared by some. One interesting thing that I read was that these sub-zero temps are likely to kill much of the Emerald Ash Borer larvae, which is a good thing (especially if you're an Ash tree) and this is a nice segue- Did you know that apparently February is named for the Latin word februum which means purification? I didn't. However, I've always found something cleansing about the cold. Speaking of cold, this is going to be a great month for beer.
This is February, my name is Joseph and here's the news!

February’s Featured Beer
As everyone knows, tomorrow is Groundhog Day which means Spring is on the way and that it's time for our next seasonal!
New England Logger is a Pale Lager that's inspired by the New England style IPA. So expect extensive juicy hops paired with a lager's crisp body. Making its debut mid-Summer last year, we instantly fell in love with this beer and think it would be a great to accompany your thoughts of warmer weather and sprouting green things.
