Tickets are available now for a very special dinner in our taproom with Chris Luken, Cheese Specialist at Hy-Vee and Marieke Penterman, the country's most awarded Gouda cheesemaker.

The dinner is Thursday, December 19th at 5:30 PM - Tickets sales will conclude Tuesday, December 17th

Your $25 ticket includes a pairing of four beers and cheeses, a traditional Dutch stamppot dinner (a classic dish made with mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and sausage; vegetarian option available) with a beer, and hot cocoa served with a Stroopwafel.

Marieke Penterman moved to Wisconsin from the Netherlands in 2003. She makes more than 12 unique Gouda varieties and has won the World Championship Best in Class for her smoked Gouda.
