It has been a busy summer at Iowa Brewing Company, one of downtown Cedar Rapids’ most popular spots for bikers, beer fanatics, live music lovers, and more. And while we do our best to keep you updated on the new beers coming to the taproom, you may not have seen all of our social media posts or email newsletters.
So without further ado, here is a list of some of the newest beers coming out of Iowa Brewing Company:
TROPICAL MANGO FRUIT BURST
A 6% ABV kettle sour ale bursting with loads of mango, passionfruit, and pink guava. It's basically the definition of a summer sour and some have even called a "beer-mosa".

BLUEBERRY POMEGRANATE FRUIT BURST
The overly fruited, smoothie inspired sour beer is fruited with blueberry pomegranate for a deliciously balanced tart and sweet beverge.

OG Kolsch
Aroma is bready biscuity & slightly fruity with notes of honey and a hint of crushed lime. This crisp, summer crusher, is perfect for patio dwellers, bike riders, lawn chair aficionados, and lawn admirers. Pairs well with a good time!

Only in Iowa
"Only in Iowa" was brewed for all our hop head friends here in the great state of Iowa, never exported. This hazy beer drinks more like orange juice, without the pulp.

ALTernative Lifestyle
This traditional German hybrid style beer which uses a German ale yeast fermented at a cooler temperatures to impart less fruity esters in the beer. It is brewed with Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts for a rich and malty biscuit flavor and aroma. With a touch of German Tettnanger hops for a bit of spice.
